This charming holiday cottage is well-equipped for a relaxing holiday with beautiful views and a tranquill location. The surrounding grounds are adorned with trees and foliage which offers plenty of peace and privacy. It includes a cosy living area, a kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor. A steep spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where another bedroom and the terrace are located. The holiday home is situated in the enchanting area of Burgundy close to interesting cities such as Avallon and Semur-en-Auxois and within easy reach of some of the region's most enchanting villages, notably Montréal whose history dates back to the Middle Ages. Just a few kilometres away is the Regional Natural Park of Morvan which can be explored by foot, bike or car. The region is also home to a selection of cycling and hiking trails, as well as an array of vineyards. Please note, the house is located within the landlord's large garden plot. The spiral staircase that leads up to the bedroom and to the terrace, is steep and therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
