The apartment on two levels is located separately in the house of the landlord, only about 100 meters from the lake with a beach and boat dock. The apartment is equipped with a hallway on the ground floor, a combined living / dining room and shower / WC upstairs and a sleeping loft in the attic (steep space-saving staircase). The living area has upholstered furniture incl. Sofa bed, TV, radio / CD and fireplace, open kitchen on dining area, mini-kitchen with electric hob, fridge with freezer section and div. Kitchen appliances, microwave and sleeping loft over a double bed. Freely available are furnished patio, BBQ, parking, rowboat, canoe and bicycles. A fishing license can be purchased directly from the landlord.   The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
