Welcome to our home; A beautifully extended 4 bedroom symmetrical cottage with heated in ground swimming pool. The light filled extension has 6 metre high ceilings, heated polished concrete floors, a chef friendly kitchen, family friendly garden, outdoor deck with TV and bbq area plus a kids cubby to entertain the little ones and a hammock to laze the days away. Ideally located between the city and the bay and close to all public transport. Glenelg, beaches, city, wine region, cafes and nightlife. Suitable for families, couples, business travelers, groups, pets & film / photography. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing! Our home has 4 bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Single Bunks & the other two rooms can be made up as either King or Single beds to suit your requirements.) The master bedroom has an ensuite and all linen is provided. The huge open plan living area has an abundance of natural light thanks to the raked ceiling and glass sliding doors. Polished concrete floors feel wonderful underfoot and with underfloor heating & a wood fireplace it makes it comfortable all year round. Relax and watch a movie with Foxtel, Netflix, Stan & a hard drive of movies are all provided. There are also books and games available for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create something delicious. A nespresso coffee machine with pods will take care of the morning coffee and then tea, sugar and other necessities are all provided. We have an open pantry policy so please help your self. Out in the private garden, relax in the heated pool, snooze in the hammock or chill out on the lounge watching the footy on the tv. The kids will fall in love with the cubby and tree swings so entertaining them is a cinch! During your stay you will have access to the full home and garden.
