Studio One is a beautifully appointed two bedroom modern self catering accommodation nestled in the heart of historic Crafers, one of the oldest towns in the Adelaide Hills. Guests have a private secure entrance leading into a bright and spacious lounge equipped with modern appliances (LCD LED TV, Blue Ray DVD player) and furniture. The dining table seats 6 and the well equipped kitchen features a gas range and full size electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge. The well-lit kitchen is fully self-contained and provides all glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking accessories and utensils as well as all electrical appliances. The laundry, which folds away, features both a washing machine and clothes drier. The master bedroom features a king size bed, woollen underlay and luxury bed linen and a LCD TV. The second bedroom contains similarly superior furnishings with two king size single beds and LCD TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and separate spa bath. The bathroom contains both bath and shower and features heated towel rails. The property features reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Off street parking is available for 2 cars and there is a private outdoor entertaining courtyard.
