COVID-19 We want our guests to feel safe at our place! We take extra care in cleaning and disinfecting after every booking. A 3-storey house in El Perello Beach with garage for 2 cars. Spacious living room with a fireplace and a 3m glass door that opens to a great terrace overlooking the sea, which gives direct access to the promenade and the beach. The living room has a 40'' TV with USB and a chimney for the cooler days. The kitchen has been totally renovated and is fully equipped. There are 4 double bedrooms; all mattresses are new and of good quality. There are two modern bathrooms and a rest room at ground floor. The house has 4 private terraces, one of them a glass covered terrace so as to enjoy the sea views during the cooler days. The house is in a private urbanization with a communal pool that has a children's area.
