The daily rate quoted is for 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, and 3 queens beds with each room also containing either couch, sleeper couch, or air mattress). But it is possible to add the Barn Suite for $250 per night (detached spacious, duplex unit with king bed, and several couches, and couple air mattresses), and/or Guest Suite for $300 per night (spacious apartment attached to Main House) with king bed, queen futon, 2 full sleeper couches, and large, comfortable couch. If you are interested in adding additional space, it should be done at booking, or very soon thereafter, as this additional space will probably not be available at a later date (additional suites remain vacant if not included). Please note that even though the ENTIRE property (i.e; the main house PLUS adding at additional cost the Barn Suite and the Guest Suite), can accommodate 30+ guests; the daily rate quoted is for a total 8 guests; add $50.00 per night, per additional guest after 8 total count. Thus, this property can offer up to 7 bedrooms in total (when booking main house PLUS adding at additional cost the Barn Suite and the Guest Suite), and approximately 7,000 sq ft of living space in middle of nature preserve with stunning country views. If you use premises for event/party, in addition to lodging purposes, permission must be secured PRIOR to booking, and there will most probably be additional charges - please make sure to inquire if in doubt (as parties/events are not permitted).
