Our holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house in Himbergen. The apartment is located within a closed courtyard of a former farmstead. Car parking space is located next to the apartment entrance. There is also the possibility to park bicycles. There are several outdoor seating areas in the yard - also covered. The apartment is for max. 2 people laid out. Of the approximately 4000m ² of land are about 2/3 green areas, the park-like are created. You enter the approx. 33 m² "Studio" via a separate entrance and enter a small vestibule with wardrobe. The living room and bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed (160 x 200 cm), a pantry with stove, oven, microwave with necessary kitchen utensils, dining table (80x80cm) with 2 comfortable chairs, a wing chair with footstool and a LED satellite TV. Spatially separated are the modern shower room and the dressing room (linen closet, fridge with freezer compartment). The decor is modern in style and warm colors. Everything is well maintained.
