Beautiful summer house in a remote location in the middle of the forest

This spacious house is located in a wonderful location in the Småland forest directly on Lake Frissjön. The house is completely secluded, about 35 m from the lake, where you can swim, fish and enjoy the peace. The lake shore consists of a flat pebble beach, ideal for children. Lake Frissjön is a deep water body with 326 ha and 12 islands. Here you can fish for pike, perch and pöltze. You can buy fishing permits from a neighbor or landlord. The rowing boat is included. In the garden there is an outdoor space (grill stugan) in the form of a simple house with a wood stove and a view of the lake, where you can spend wonderful evenings. The whole extended family can be comfortably accommodated in five innerspring beds, a bunk bed, crib and high chair as well as a spacious living, dining room and kitchen. In February and March 2014 we will renovate the Sandvik holiday home so that our guests can enjoy it even more comfortably than before. We install a shower and a new toilet on the ground floor. We also paper the living room 2 and the kitchen, which will be equipped with a new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and freezer. Arrival and departure on Saturdays. Arrival at 16. 00:00 (earliest) and departure at 11:00 (latest). Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant.
