The large, comfortable apartment is located in the basement of our new house and has its own entrance. All rooms have large daylight windows. A ventilation system ensures the best indoor climate at all times. The kitchen has a fridge, stove / oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. In the living room there is also a dining table, also a couch corner, TV / DVD, if necessary 2 beds in the wall bed. Another 2-3 beds are in the bedroom, TV also here. Our green and forested district of Volksdorf is conveniently located near the A1 in northeast Hamburg. In addition to a good city connection by car (25min) or by public transport (bus stop 300m, 45min), the Baltic Sea coast is only 45min away for a car trip. With many restaurants, a museum village and its own town center with a shopping center, Volksdorf itself offers our guests a balanced infrastructure with extensive leisure facilities. For joggers, the next area with car-free, partly forest trails of various lengths is perfect. The area is also very suitable for cycling tours. Without any climbs, close shopping highlights and the city can be comfortably reached in 1.5 hours on the secluded riverside paths of the Hamburg canal system away from traffic. You can make free calls (throughout Germany) and use the Internet free of charge with your own notebook via WiFi.
