The 70 sqm, very quiet apartment (FeWo2) east of Munich is located in the attic of our detached country house with a large garden. It was awarded **** in the last classification. We always maintain this quality standard in voluntary self-control with regard to equipment and service. The apartment includes a double bed and a single bed for a total of 4 people, as well as a spacious shower room with 2 sinks, toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer and 2 large roof windows. From the lovingly furnished living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (lying area 145 x 200 cm) and an integrated modern built-in kitchen with dining area you can access the large covered furnished balcony. The apartment has bright roof windows that can be darkened in the bedrooms and a gable window. All windows and the balcony door are equipped with professional insect protection. The rooms can be individually illuminated using dimmer switches. In the garden there is a furnished seat for the apartment, where you can also grill. Oktoberfest Prize from 19.09.-04. 10. 2020: The rental price for the apartment is 130 € / night for up to 4 people. If the offer sent to the guest is higher than the system, the amount above € 130 is immediately credited back to the guest when the booking is confirmed! For a possible 5th Person, however, the rental price increases by € 25 to € 155 / night! A mixed supply of drinks at moderate prices in the upstream hallway and the bread service are part of our services. A variety of maps and information material is available. Specials: This apartment can be rented together with the 50 sqm apartment FeWo1 (property number 2722998) on the same floor. For guests with an electric car, there is a charging facility in the parking lot on the property. Of course, electric bicycles can also be charged at the house. Free WiFi is available in the apartment. Skiing: Very good ski areas in the Bavarian Alps and Austria can be reached in just over an hour by car.
