A spacious, attractive 400 year old traditional stone, beamed property with a private garden. The garden has a large heated swimming pool which is 11 x 5 meter, alarmed and for exclusive use of our guests. The house is in a rural location and is surrounded by sunflowers. With extensive character features the house lends itself well to provide accommodation for 2 families, with sleeping and bathroom facilities either side of the main living area, which can be divided by closing doors (not lockable). Between the two sleeping areas is a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with a high vaulted ceiling. The lounge has a large feature fireplace with the main wood burning stove. Free WiFi is available throughout most of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, including a range gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee machine. The dining area has a large dining table which provides seating for 8-10. The lounge will comfortably accommodate 10 people and has a large flat screened TV, with both English satellite and French cable channels. Guests will be able to choose from a large selection of English and French DVD films. Also provided is an Xbox with a range of games and an i-pod docking station. The garden has large gravel area, which provides ample parking (within the secured area) for up to 4 cars, an area with a charcoal barbecue, a swimming pool, a large lawn, trees and a tree swing. Directly outside the property is a beautiful canopy from the trees, providing shade during hot days. A charcoal barbecue is also provided for those essential barbeques.
