American Guest House

We welcome you to our guest house in a romantic setting in Bourgonne. The house, located next to our main residence, has been completely renovated. It is completely independent in a haven for nature lovers who love walking and cycling. Far from the stressful life of the city, come and escape to a quiet village. There is handicap access, and a bed and bathroom done up. The wifi is free and a television is at your disposal. The house is 300 m², it is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a large barbecue, a fireplace with firewood included, a large living room very open and warm and a dining room with a large reception table large enough to accommodate 20 people. There are 3 bathrooms / toilets. There are 6 bedrooms with 18 beds and a cot. 4 of these rooms are private and two open rooms surrounded by thick curtains. Our land is 4 hectares, with in-ground pool of 12 x 7. It is secured by a suitable barrier and a security door. We have a football field with 2 professional goals, a ping pong table, a badminton, the equipment for petanque, then a volleyball court, and a terrace. Several paths surrounded by beautiful scenery are present in our village for cycling and walking. We are very close to Chablis, Coulanges, Saint-Bris, Guédelon castle, the castle of Saint Fargeau the hook and branch and other activities. We are 1h30 from Paris and about 2 hours from Chales de Gaulle airport. It is an ideal place for your family reunions, weekends with friends and seminars or retirees.
