Cottage in the centre of a charming canal side village

The cottage is set in its own gardens, in the centre of a peaceful, canal-side village in the centre of the Cote d’Or. The cottage has electric radiators to provide heating at other times, washing machine, dishwasher, a shower room, a newly fitted kitchen, including electric built in oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, internet (wifi) access for laptops, TV (French and British), DVD/video and CD player. There is a terrace with seating for up to six and a BBQ in the large garden. Many interesting, historic villages are nearby. Ideal for walkers, birdwatchers and cyclists. In the summer, swimming is possible in the local lakes, the closest being a ten minute drive away. There are also two golf courses within a fifteen minute drive.
