A spacious and comfortable first floor apartment located in a quiet hamlet and yet less than ten minutes by car from the wonderful Brittany coast. The perfect starting point to explore the charm of the region or simply savor the delights of the sun, the sea and the surf. This old farm house offers a rural welcome with modern comfort. The terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside invites you for breakfast or a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day. There are many activities or places to visit, starting with medieval historic cities such as Dinan, Saint-Malo, Moncontour and the famous Mont-Saint-Michel up to the charming little town of Jugon-les-Lacs and its fishing house and its canoeing base. Do not miss the large beach of Saint-Cast and the beach of Pen Guen. Fort La Latte and the spectacular cliff of Cap Fréhel are popular with visitors, as is a stroll around the Château de la Hunaudaye. A few minutes' drive lead from the apartment to a number of restaurants offering quality cuisine including seafood and regional specialties, a perfect opportunity to experience Breton hospitality. The apartment is independent, with its private access from the ground floor. The living room is composed of an American kitchen, a dining area and a spacious living room. The kitchen equipment includes an electric oven at height, a washing machine; dryer available or use of the drying rack; Maintenance products provided. Ironing board and iron available. Two large bedrooms offer sleeping accommodation for 4 or 5 people. Bedroom 1: double bed with possibility of adding a single bed and / or a baby bed. Bedroom 2: double (twin beds)  Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels) and bedding is hypo-allergenic. Summer duvets: 200g / m², winter duvets 400g / m². A change of bed linen is available every week. A bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. An independent WC with hand basin. The terrace, for the exclusive use of tenants, on the same level as the apartment is accessible from the staircase and from bedroom 1 by the French window; it faces south with views of the countryside. Table, chairs and barbecue are available. The use of the shared private parking for 5 vehicles is planned as well as a shelter for bicycles if visitors have them. You will find the beds made, a welcome basket with some fresh products to facilitate your start of the stay. You can shop at the well-stocked supermarkets in Plancoët, 5 km away. The local bakery offers daily fresh bread, croissants and pains au chocolat, among others.
