Old restored cottage near Deauville - Country and Sea

Our 'Chaumette is a typical half-timbered thatched, cob and thatch roof. It is located 'between sea and countryside', that is to say it combines the benefits of the countryside and the immediate vicinity of the beaches of Blonville sur Mer (3km) and Villers sur Mer. Deauville, its boards, its casino, its film festival, its two racecourses are a 6-7 km. The disco 'The Boardwalk' is 1km. Many equestrian centers are open less than 10 minutes by car. Placed in a small hamlet on a hill, the house is surrounded by pastures and horses are approaching to the end of the garden. The surrounding villages are typical, accessible by a stud studded campaign. La Chaumette has been recently renovated. The ground floor consists of 4 rooms in a row for a total of 45m2. We broke the walls between 3 pieces to form in long set that includes: a reading lounge area, a cozy dining room 8 place and another living room arranged around a large stone fireplace. The kitchen, behind the fireplace, is equipped with oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, various robots. There is a separate toilet area. Two staircases provide access to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each adult bedroom has a bed 190 * 140, a storage area and a sink area for one of them. Only the TV remains excluded for letting us enjoy the evenings by the fire, card games, our books and nap times. Attention also: we do not accept pets! La Chaumette is the perfect starting point for hiking, horseback or by bike, relax at the beach located a 5-minute drive (15 minute walk) or just relaxing in peace. The children will run in the garden or in the neighboring fields. Finally, reception and cleaning are provided by Catherine. Cleaning is extra: we ask you to leave Catherine the sum of 85 € in cash.
