Superb house located Calamane, area Bouydou 7 km from Cahors in a quiet countryside setting. Entirely new (July 2016) ideal to visit the department close to all the tourist places. 10 minutes from the exit of Cahors north highway. Lot Valley and the Dordogne less than an hour away.  40 km from St Cirq-Lapopie, 50km from Rocamadour, 53 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda (Dordogne), 80km of Montauban (Tarn-et-Garonne), 130 km from Toulouse. Cottage for 8 people: 4 adults (maximum) and 4 children (under 14 years). Pets are not accepted. It is composed:  * An air-conditioned lounge with two sofas, an armchair, a seamstress, a buffet and a TV. Wireless  * A kitchen open to the living room, equipped with induction cooker hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle. * Shower room with Italian, double sink and washing machine. * A separate toilet with cupboard, vacuum cleaner. * A large room with a bed for 2 in 140 and a wardrobe. * A second bedroom with a bed for 2 people in 140 and closet. * A third bedroom with 4 beds for children with 2 bunk beds 90. * Features a gym with an exercise bike a weight bench apartment. * Relaxation outside with a garden, part lawn, limestone (petanque adults and children). racket sports with flying, soccer ball, games. * Barbecue, deckchair.
