Our exclusive newly built penthouse apartment is nestled between a hilly landscape at the foot of the Gaisberg with a view of the city of Salzburg. Experience the advantages of quiet living in the country in the beautiful Fuschlsee-Salzkammergut region with a variety of leisure activities and yet only a few minutes away from the festival city of Salzburg (approx. 15 minutes to the old town). The approximately 125m2 penthouse is spacious and modern, down to the smallest detail: You will find a bright living area with a dining area for 6-8 people and a leather living area with flat screen and JBL sound bar. Even from the dining area you can see the city of Salzburg and the surrounding nature. The kitchen is of high quality and equipped with everything you need for your stay (e.g. built-in appliances from Miele: induction hob, fridge with drinks cooling area, oven, dishwasher and much more). From the living area you can take a staircase to the approximately 60 m2 roof terrace with a magnificent view of the city of Salzburg and the surrounding mountains and hills. Relax on the lounge set or on the comfortable loungers or enjoy the whirlpool! The HotSpring whirlpool has massage areas for 4-6 people and an LED lighting system. There are 3 bedrooms for you with box spring beds, all of which are bright and offer views of the city of Salzburg and the surrounding nature. There are exterior blinds and additional interior blinds for darkening. In the master bedroom there is also a spacious closet area and a flat screen with cable TV (connected to an en-suite bathroom). There are 2 bathrooms, each of which is elegant and spacious (e.g. Double vanity, double bathtub, walk-in shower, overhead shower.).
