Hillarys Marina Apartment

In a prime location within Perth's Hillarys Marina, just 400 meters from Sorrento Beach and next to AQWA - the aquarium of Western Australia, the property is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, art and culture. You'll love this place because of its spacious comfortable living room, dining area and covered car parking. Public transport is also nearby. It is great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids). THE SPACE Our serviced apartment offers all the essential services you'd expect and more, including: - Provision of linen, towels and bathroom products - Laundry facilities and products - Provision of coffee / tea and breakfast essentials - Tourist attractions, restaurants and festivals advice and recommendations - Complex access keys, secure car parking and other reception type services (through us directly and not through the resort reception as they are separately owned). - Provision of free wifi and chromecast TV facilities. - High chair and porta cot available on request. The resort in which the apartment is located is separately owned and managed, however guests have access to the common facilities, such as the pool, sauna, spa and dining deck. Guests must not go to the reception under any circumstances as the resort management will not assist and will charge a fee for appearing. Any queries or emergency issues must be reported directly to contact details provided. GUEST ACCESS Entry to the complex is via the main gate (locked) to the right of reception (which is not be be contacted). You may also access the apartment through the secure basement car park. Access to the basement car park is via an access card (provided with pin access for the apartment). The access panel is located half way down the driveway directly adjacent and left of reception. Stairs are located in the middle of the car park and exit near the pool area and gazebo. The Apartment is roughly in the middle and south of the complex and across from the gazebo. It is on the 1st Floor. Access is via stairs only. There is also a locked gate on the east of the complex for access to the Hillarys Harbour shops, restaurants, cafe's, Rottnest Island ferry booking office and The Breakwater tavern. We will meet on arrival to explain the facilities and features of our apartment and hand over the keys. Otherwise we will leave guests to enjoy Hillarys Boat Harbour and the surrounds. GUEST INTERACTION Will will interact with guests and access Apartment 214 for cleaning, top up of provisions and other purposes as required and with prior notice. Please note that with acceptance of the booking you will have a licence to use the apartment for the period booked. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: In providing access for the booking period no exclusive possession is being granted. The number of guests that may use the apartment are restricted to four (4) and only to those advised at time of booking for the booking period. If secure basement car parking is required, then details of the car registration number are required to be provided prior to access, for insurance purposes. THE NEIBOURHOOD Sorrento and Hillarys beach are a short walk away. These are both surf beaches but there is a beach within the harbour that is protected and suitable for young children. If you enjoy a coastal walk you can head south to Trigg beach or north to Whitfords beach. Or catch the ferry to Rottnest Island. GETTING ARROUND Most guests hire cars, however the bus system will take you anywhere and connects to the train system which spreads out across Perth and its suburbs. The Rottnest Ferry leaves from Hillarys Boat Harbour. Take a day trip to the Island for swimming, cycling and relaxing. Also there are often great bands playing during summer.
