Positioned between Rye back beaches there are many holiday activities within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Lets start at the internationally award winning Rye hot springs being 5 minutes away, offering our guests a VIP pre booked bathing and or massage experience guaranteeing you do not miss out on your deserved pampering, we can offer to book in on your behalf. World class golf courses, tree surfing, mazes, Children's parks, mini golf, bowling,Walking tracks, bike riding, horse riding,Fishing, Port sea, Sorrento and Rye piers, wineries, exquisite boutiques and great opportunity shopping. Dining experiences to suit all tastes and budgets. St Andrews beach brewery 5 minutes away! A spacious 2 story home in a quiet area, perfect for a romantic escape or a family holiday, Sea paradise is also great for 2 families to enjoy a holiday retreat together as the top level features a large living- dining- kitchen area all overlooking the ocean. A large balcony to be enjoyed from the living area as well as the Master bedroom which also embraces the spectacular ocean views, complimenting the master bedroom is a large built in robe and walk through nook to en suit with shower and corner spa bath. While the bottom level of house Features a spacious living area with large screen Tv and room for kids to play, 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, Bathroom and large laundry. Out back hidden among the trees is an outside BBQ entertainment area with a luxurious swimming pool which has a table and seating area in the pool. Pool is well heated by gas but please note. The pool is only heated for minimum 3 night stays. This area can be enjoyed both day and night and through all seasons.There is also a double bay lock up garage in which we have placed a full sized pool table, and enough room in drive way to park a boat and a few more cars. Not just a Summer holiday!. Enjoy the colder months in the warnth watching the rain pour down the 8 foot windows and the ever changing ocean watching for dolphins and whales. Soak in a hot spa and crawl into a warm bed. The only thing that changes in the colder months are our reduced prices! HOUSE FEATURES: On the top level is the Master bedroom has access to the balcony and the spectacular ocean views, watch the sun rise from your warm Queen size bed with a lumber control mattress, fitted with an electric blanket, warm Doona and comfortable pillows. Your beds are made ready for your arrival with clean fresh ironed linen. Bath and beach towels provided (minimum 3 night stays)which makes packing lighter and easier. The master room has a walk through wardrobe with built in large wardrobes and a small office nook to complete unfinished business. The en suit has a shower as well as a corner spa bath, vanity unit and a separate toilet area.The upstairs living area has a dining room setting to enjoy meal time, there is a TV area with a lounge and daybed, a ocean view area with a 3 seat and 2 seat luxurious lounge to relax and enjoy the views. Reverse cycle air conditioning unit heating and cooling. The kitchen has an electric 4 burner stove and oven, a microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and all the crockery, utensils and appliances needed for a perfect holiday stay. On the bottom level there is a large area with enough room for the kids to play, a large TV and DVD. heating a cooling unit, a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle and toaster. A laundry with washing machine, cloths dryer, iron and ironing board. Consisting of 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has x2 bunk beds(sleeps 4 kids) and bedroom 3 has Queen bed with lumber support sleep easy mattresses. This room also has a small television. House sleeps 10. If accepted we can cater to Extra persons if needed upon request. Wifi available as well as net flix What to do and how to do it There are many great activities and attractions in the area which are featured in our guest manual. Peninsular hot springs- and day spa St Andrews Brewery Dolphin swim and whale watching The Dunes Golf club Ashcombe maze and Lavender Gardens Sorrento village with all its great shops, art galleries and dining Many great wineries including a horse back winery tour. Rye and Sorrento playground Red hill features: brewery, winery, restaurants, shopping village, strawberry farm. The Epicurean,Estates. View open gardens. Always Saturday garage sales Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. If these times do not suit your own convenient time can be arranged pending new guest arrivals. We are very particular with whom we choose as preferred guests as we are providing a beautiful home in a prestigious quiet area with luxurious furnishings that need to be respected. We do not accept Schoolies or groups under 25.
