Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Baby Amenities provided upon request! Guesthouse in backyard not included, but can be added to convert listing to 4bed 4 bath for small additional fee. Otherwise Guesthouse will be locked off during your stay. Guesthouse is modern, and newly renovated detached structure that includes a 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, small kitchen, and 1 full bathroom. Beyond gorgeous & spacious 2700 Sq. ft. home with gorgeous high ceilings, skylights in every room, a chef's kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 spacious master bedrooms with an extra bedroom. All bedrooms have full baths. 2 flatscreen TV's. 2 parking spots in the driveway. Garage space not included in listing. Chef's Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. 1 King bed, 2 queen beds & 1 twin bed all lined with organic cotton sheets that are unbelievably comfortable. Easy access to public transportation, Uber & Lyft. 7 minute drive from major freeways. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE FOLLOWING RULES BEFORE BOOKING WITH US: No smoking OR burning candles Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in is anytime after 3PM Check out is at 11am (flexible if not booked that night) 1) Check in time is flexible if there is no guest staying the night before your arrival. If you need to check in earlier then 3PM, please let me know in advance and I will try my best to accommodate you. 2) Parking will be provided for 2 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking, permit only area. If you need a permit for a 3rd car, please let me know so I can buy a permit for you. Permits cost $10 per day. Garage is not included and locked off during stay as this serves as our personal storage space. 3) All occupants must register. 4) No unregistered guests allowed at anytime. Number of guests (including children) can not exceed the number originally booked for. Breaking this rule can be a cause for immediate eviction and or loss of all monies and security deposit. 5) Guests will be responsible for any plumbing issues caused by foreign objects in the toilet or sink. 6) Any illegal activity or drug use is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all payments. We live in a quiet, friendly, neighborhood. Please be courteous to our neighbors. I expect the place to be loved and maintained the way we love and maintain it. We look forward to hosting you! PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited. If you break or damage something please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement and repair. The exterior of the home is monitored by surveillance cameras. You must also acknowledge 1) Must climb stairs - Second master bedroom is upstairs (1 flight) 2) You can add guesthouse (1 bedroom, 1 bath, queen bed, sofa bed, small kitchen), and up to 2 additional guests for small fee. Please inquire if interested. Otherwise guesthouse would be locked. Guesthouse will not be rented to any other guests during your stay. 3) No Outside furniture allowed. Home can not act as a storage unit for people moving or in transit. Amount and type of luggage limited by what is customary during a long vacation related travel. 4) Home can not be used for any work related or business related pursuits. You must accept legal and financial liability for not following the below code of conduct. 1. By acceptance I confirm that I have read and accept all the house rules pertaining to this property as listed on home sharing website’s listing description for this specific property. 2. NO AMPLIFIED SOUND ANYTIME! 3. NO OUTDOOR CONGREGATION! When coming and going you must enter and exit the home in a quiet and due fashion. You can not congregate and hang around outside of the home. 4. QUIET HOURS! 9pm to 9 am. During these hours must be especially quiet especially when coming and going from the property or when using backyard during these hours. 5. No Parties! 6. No Additional occupants! You can not have guests or friends over without expressed written approval of home owner. Number of guests in the home can not exceed number booking for.
