It is fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 8 persons, close to Agia Anna beach on the popular island of Evia and just minutes away from many magnificent natural sights such as waterfall, gorges, and forests. There are a fireplace and central heating for winter time visitors. With great outdoor areas as the garden area is perfect for families with children, for dining by the stone built barbeque, sunbathing or gazing at the Aegean Blue and the islands of Skopelos and Alonissos in the background. This is an ideal villa guaranteed to offer you comfort, total relaxation, and peace of mind. • Bedrooms - On the first floor, there are three spacious modern bedrooms. There is one ensuite bedroom with extra large single bed plus sofa that turns into one single bed. - There is also one double bedroom and one bedroom with a sofa that turns into a double bed. These two rooms share a spacious bathroom with bathtub. - The fourth double ensuite bedroom is located on the ground floor. All rooms have access to balconies and offer views to the area and sea or to the garden. Fresh and clean linen is provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay! • Bathrooms There is one main bathroom with bathtub on the first floor and one ensuite bathroom with shower in one of the bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a WC with washing machine and one more bathroom with shower in the ensuite double bedroom. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided for the guests. • Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances and available to prepare any meal of the day. The wooden dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate four persons while the kitchen door offers access to the balcony and to the barbeque terrace. • Living Room The kitchen, main dining room and living room are in one open area. There is a TV and DVD available. If you are a wintertime visitor you can also relax and keep warm in front of the fireplace. All ground floor areas have access and view to the balconies offering magnificent views of the are and the sea in the background. • Outdoors The villa is built within 1.600m of plot and surrounded by gardens, with different Mediterranean trees such as olive and citrus trees to offer you moments of relaxation and serenity. There is a roofed barbeque terrace with a sitting and dining area ideal for enjoying your outdoor meals. Alternatively, you will definitely forget about time, sitting in one of the different balconies, gazing the Aegean blue and the islands of Skopelos and Alonissos in the background! The wider area offers many opportunities for sightseeing such as visiting Drimonas waterfalls or trekking in the Boulovineva Gorge. The seaside picturesque town of Limni is definitely worth a visit!
