We will welcome you warmly in a nice and comfortable apartment fully equipped, ideally located in the heart of the new eco-district and at the foot of the train station RER A which will take you to the Disneyland Park Paris in 3 minutes and the center of Paris in 35 minutes. The residence enjoys quick access to the capital via the A4 and the A104. Housing The apartment is composed of 2 rooms with all comfort: 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 persons), a second bedroom with a double bed (2 persons) + Mezzanine (1 person) We will be able to provide you with a cot (umbrella type) if necessary, to warn in advance. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs with ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher (it's still holidays!)You will also find a coffee maker, kettle and toaster with crockery and cooking utensils to prepare your meals. The bathroom is clean and functional. It has a bath and towels for each person. The toilets are separated. You have a private Wifi just for you and a good quality TV with all channels associated with the Box. The residence has a launderette equipped with washing machines and dry linen, free access (payment card or currency) on the ground floor. In addition, a private parking space in the basement is available free of charge. Access to the parking is done with a remote control. **** This is your first time in the region?
