Urban Oasis II - beautiful house with lots of artsy charm

Beautiful, artsy house on a great block - truly an Urban Oasis. I have a large picture window that looks out onto the street in front and a lovely garden in the back. Upstairs are 3 rooms - 1 with a queen-size bed, 1 with a full size bed and desk, and 1 used as an exercise room - and one bathroom. Downstairs is a large living room, full kitchen, powder room and large dining room with access to the garden in back. The house is 1 block from the subway so Manhattan access is easy. The neighborhood has tons of great restaurants and bars nearby and is a short walk to Prospect Park. It is also close to the Brooklyn Museum, Barclays Center, Brooklyn Bridge Park and the lovely Green-Wood Cemetery. Please be aware: -I have 3 friendly kitties and some plants who will need care during your stay. -The closet in the 2nd bedroom is available for guest use. The walk-in closet in the 1st bedroom will be full of my belongings so not available. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen appliances, pots & pans, dishes. I will be out of town but always available to answer questions by phone, text or e-mail.
