Your Sea Dream - Fantastic waterfront property on Cape bridges, orangery & sea views

This stunning waterfront property is located on the tip of a cape on Runmarö in the Stockholm archipelago and has a fantastic view to the east, south and west. It consists of a number of houses that are rented together, for the first time in summer 2014. There is very good public transport by bus (or car) from central Stockholm to Stavsnäs Vinterhamn. It takes about 1 hour. There goes Waxholmsbolagets passenger ferry directly to Styrsvik wharf (5 minutes). From Styrsvik warf it is 500 meters walk. There is also the opportunity to take a boathtaxi direct to the private jetty. All houses are well maintained and tastefully decorated to a high standard. They have running hot / cold water (except the little Swedish cottage with only cold water), electricity and WiFi in the big house. Bed linen and towels are included. Right next to the main building, which is not rented (the owner is only temporarily present during the rental period ) is the main house, built in Swedish old style. In the ground floor there is an integrated living room with fireplace / dining / kitchen and a WC. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms for 4-7 people, a bathroom incl. WC and a walk-in closet. 30 meters from the main house, a bit hidden in the pine forest but with stunning water views, you find the little Swedish cottage for 2-3 people and a small kitchenette. Finally, there are about 50 meters from the main house, on a small hill, an Orangery with comfortable kitchen with fridge / freezer, stove and dishwasher, large dining table for 16 people and a pleasant living room with fireplace. This building impresses with its modern architecture, amazing ceilings, large windows and a large terrace with a seating area and barbecue overlooking the sunset every evening. Additionally there is a bathhouse at the large jetty where you will find a sauna with shower, a relaxation area, a small kitchenette and terrace with outdoor furniture. From here you can swim (the jetty has ladder) directly into the sea or enjoy the beautiful view. The entire site has a size of 12000 square meters. It consists of a large garden with lawns to relax in, fruit trees, pine forest, 3 jettys, several terraces with outdoor furniture, a small sandy beach with shallow water and rocks to swim from. The shore is a total of 450 meters to enjoy. For holiday guests, there is a rowboat, 2 kayaks and several bicycles available (in varying size and condition).
