A short drive to the main town of Xativa which boasts over a hundred bars & cafes. This villa is the perfect mix of Spanish, modern, peace & quiet but with local things very accessible - you will need a car to enjoy the local area. Families and groups of older friends works best, good for children and a large private pool, fully gated with parking for 4/5 cars easily. 45 mins from Valencia Airport and lovely not so near neighbours.
