This holiday apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a detached, two-storey apartment building and is located on the south-eastern outskirts of Brüggen, exactly between the two small towns of Gronau and Alfeld, in the heart of the Leinebergland. The approximately 82 m² large and renovated in 2017 has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fully automatic espresso machine and an integrated dining area for four persons. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished and offers a sofa set and a fireplace. In the living room, you can use the flat-screen TV or watch DVDs that you have brought with you. Some board games are also available to pass the time (e.g. in bad weather). The first bedroom with a double bed (1.45 m wide) ensures a restful sleep thanks to a reversible mattress with different degrees of hardness. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, each one meter wide. A folding mattress is available to accommodate another guest. The tiled bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. A washing machine, a dryer for shared use, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils are located in the building. In addition, all rooms can be heated and a mobile fan is available. WLAN can be used throughout the property. You reach the furnished balcony via the kitchen. From the quietly located balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the spacious garden (shared use) with a covered barbecue area. There is also the Finnish wood-fired sauna with a fantastic panoramic view. Due to the field edge location there is an unobstructed view to the east in the direction of the 395 m high Table Mountain (Hohe Tafel) and the seven mountains of Alfeld. You can park your car in the private parking space in front of the house. One pet is allowed. Especially nature lovers can enjoy this apartment, peace and relaxation are guaranteed. But also sporty people get their money's worth here. Mountain biking, hiking, canoeing on the leash, the Leine-Heide bike path, outdoor pools and the nearby golf course ensure a varied range of leisure activities. And all that far from crowded tourist spots. With only about 30 minutes by car to the Hanover exhibition center, the apartment is also an ideal place for trade fair visitors to find peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Popular excursion destinations in the surrounding area are, for example, the Leinebergland (0 km), the half-timbered town of Alfeld (6 km), the World Heritage City of Hildesheim (25 km), the Pied Piper city of Hameln (40 km), the city of Hanover (40 km) and the Harz Mountains (60 km) and the Rastiland amusement park (20 km).
