Maison Quercy authentic charm, great comfort, natural swimming pool with trees

In the Lot Valley, between Figeac and Saint Cirq Lapopie, the Guest House welcomes you in a private hamlet, 'Le Hameau du Quercy', conducive to calm combining comfort, authenticity, harmony and ecology. This hamlet, surrounded by meadows and centuries-old trees, overlooks the village. The 'Maison d'hôtes' and its outbuilding (8 people) are Quercy houses dating from the 17th century, renovated with natural, noble materials and carefully decorated. Ideal for families or friends, these houses are very pleasant to live in summer. These two houses located within the hamlet, are face to face, and are rented only in August. Two lodgings (4 and 5 people) are also fitted out in the hamlet and can be rented separately. The 'Maison d'hôtes' is spread over three levels: On the ground floor, the living space: living room, library, dining room, spacious and functional kitchen, pantry, laundry room. On the 1st floor, the sleeping area: three bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bathroom also including a walk-in shower. On the 2nd floor, the relaxation area: large room furnished for reading and board games. Two terraces on one level with the living room and the kitchen. The outbuilding on one level includes a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a terrace with garden furniture. The wooded areas awaken the senses, and the view of the forest and hilly massifs provides an intense feeling of relaxation. You will appreciate the natural swimming pool which is in perfect harmony with the place. Two play areas are set up in an energy-friendly garden where many birds have found refuge. Common areas such as the meadow, the playgrounds and the swimming pool, are to be shared with all the occupants of the hamlet (two gîtes and this house). Many classified tourist sites are located near the hamlet: the Lot and Célé Valley, Figeac (12 km) and the Champollion Museum, Saint-Cirq Lapopie (35 km), Les Grottes de Pech Merle (40 km), Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac (55km), Cahors (65 km), then Belcastel (50 km) and Conques (60 km) remarkable sites in Aveyron. You can also practice sports activities in the heart of the Lot nature such as canoeing in the Célé valley, speleology in the Lot valley, cycling on the Causses du Quercy and also many hikes and horse riding.
