This holiday home is incredibly idyllic a few meters from Fannerup Å, and the nearest neighbor is the old watermill by Ørum Å, which flows into the North Channel. The house consists of half of the old director's farm for the pump layer Kolindsund. The property has a good terrace where you can grill on the good summer evenings. In the garden there is a sandpit and swing set for the children. The house is arranged in two levels, of which the ground floor consists of one of the two bathrooms in total. This bathroom contains the house washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and is connected to both living rooms. The large living room is furnished with dining area and TV area with seating for 10 people. Here you will also find a cozy fireplace. In the smallest living room you will also find a TV and the house's wood burning stove. On the 1st floor is the second bathroom, a large bedroom with two double beds, two smaller bedrooms each with a double bed and a landing with the last double bed of the house. The house is very centrally located on Djursland in Fannerup and will be a good starting point for a wealth of excursions on Djursland. There are good fishing opportunities from Fannerup Å and from Nordkanalen approx. 200 m from the house. Approx. 500 m from the house there is a Put and Take lake. The sea around the whole of Djursland also offers good fishing opportunities.
