Residence In The Historic Center

The residence is located in the historic center of the town and dates back to the late 1600s. It has been recently restored but retaining the original architectural elements (floor, ceilings, windows, entrances). The house, on the ground floor, has a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a veranda, an equipped garage and a parking space. There are five beds in the house. The entrance to the house is independent and is accessed directly from the street. The house has a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The house also consists of a bathroom with shower next to the bedroom and another bathroom with an anteroom located in the master bedroom. From there you enter the actual bathroom. The larger room has a double bed and direct access to the veranda. In the other bedroom there are two beds. The house has wifi and satellite TV. A parking space is available inside the property. The area where the house is located guarantees silence and tranquility. A hundred meters away there is a supermarket open from 7 to 24 every day. During the summer the municipality of Rivolta d'Adda offers citizens, but also tourists, a series of cultural and leisure events. The house is located in the center of Lombardy between the airports of Milan Linate and Milan Orio al Serio and is served, 5 minutes from the house, by a road axis that connects it to all the highways of Lombardy. At 20 kilometers you can visit Milan (15 minutes by car) and at 30 kilometers towards the east you can reach Bergamo and its splendid Upper city. Still to the east (50 km) you can reach Brescia, Lake Iseo and Lake Garda. Continuing east, two and a half hours by car, you arrive in Venice and all the cities of art in the Veneto. To the west, in an hour, you reach Lake Maggiore and always keeping the same direction you can get to Turin, the capital of food and wine. To the north, always in an hour, it is possible to visit Lake Como and at 60 kilometers you can reach Lugano in Switzerland in just over an hour. To the south the splendid towns of Lodi and Crema (20 minutes by car) and, always in a southerly direction, in one hour you reach Cremona and the Po river. To the south west it is also possible to reach Pavia with its beautiful Certosa and Vigevano with its Renaissance square.
