Suburban Getaway. Heated Pool. NO PARTIES. FAMILY FRIENDLY.  We are in a quiet residential neighborhood. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES PLEASE. QUIET HOURS AFTER 10PM. NO SMOKING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS.  Only guests staying in the house. No extra guests allowed. Thank you.  Here's what your days will look like: • Wakeup in your quality bed and shower with your hotel-quality towels • Enjoy a cup of coffee sitting on the deck while enjoying the fabulous morning sunshine • If you're feeling.!!! Sporty: Go for a run around the neighborhood to Cranbury Park or do a few laps on our large salt-water pool!!! Adventurous: Walk to Cranbury Park and venture out on its trails or play some frisbee golf!!! Peaceful: Grab your book and head to our backyard's hammock • Chill and play in the pool with your family. • Play some of our backyard games. We have Giant Jenga, Ladder Toss and soon adding more. • Dine at one of several great restaurants in the Norwalk, Westport, New Canaan vicinity (ask us for recommendations! We have several favorites!) • Share some great smores at the firepit or of course. Netflix & Chill with the big TV • Do it all again the next day Entire home is accessible, including pool, outdoor firepit, hammock, basement and all indoor living spaces. This is our primary home but we love making available to others when we are not around. We are always a phone call or text message away! We have a two car garage plus a very large driveway. We recommend driving although our home is also easily accessible via uber from train stations. • Pool can be heated at an extra charge. • We hardly ever heat it ourselves but wanted to provide the option for guests. • 28K gallon pool takes ~5 hours to achieve a 10-degree increase. • ~5 hours of continuously running the propane gas heater consumes ~25 gallons, a $60 value at $2.4/gallon • Once the pool reaches a comfortable temperature depending on the time of the year, the additional cost to keep it heated is smaller (unless of course temperatures drop). • We will be very transparent with your consumption and provide receipts if needed • Much like Airbnb hosts do in other parts of the country, we will charge you for gas usage after your departure via Airbnb's Resolution Center (very easy process). • WE WILL PROVIDE MORE DETAILS UPON ARRIVAL AND MAKE THIS SUPER EASY FOR YOU.
