This cosy holiday home is in a secluded location near a child-friendly beach on the lake. This property is fenced and is on the edge of a forest in a region with beautiful hiking trails. The lake Vittsjön at a walking distance from the house is ideal for fishing. Take day trips to Glasriket (The Kingdom of Crystal) in Småland and to the Archipelago of Blekinge. Explore various beautiful beaches along the coast and enjoy shopping in Kristianstad, Ängelholm or Helsingborg. This home has a piano, playground equipment (swings, soccer goal, sandbox) and a charming gazebo for quiet moments. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday with many opportunities in this region. House owner’s own words: Welcome to Villa Carmencita! The house was built in the 1960s by the present house owner’s grandparents who originated from the Swedish coast town Gothenburg. The grandfather was a sea captain by the name of Fritjof Andersson. This is not the same Fritjof Andersson who appears in the famous songs of the Swedish troubadour Evert Taube (e.g. “Fritjof och Carmencita”), but anyhow, it was fun to sometimes call the grandmother Carmencita. In Villa Carmencita you can enjoy the closeness to nature, birdsong and the blow among the leaves. Please note that: Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
