HELLO EVERYONE!!! We have a detached house on a plot of 1000 square meters in Sierra de Fuentes, 15 minutes drive from the center of Cáceres, with lawn areas and private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors. The access to the plot and the outdoor areas are logically shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being in different and independent plants. Equipped with air conditioning in the living room and another in the bedroom (both with optional hot air in winter) and heating radiators, the temperature will be sure to always be your taste. In the living area, you can enjoy a comfortable sofa where you can read your favorite book, browse through a magazine or use a 42-inch SmartTV LCD TV, and with a free ADSL WiFi connection. You have at your disposal also a small library with novels and travel books and tourist material of the area. You have a large dining room with a huge glass enclosure. In it, an integrated kitchen, with induction plate, microwave, coffee pod, toaster, refrigerator and all the tableware and dining table. Your apartment also has a full private bathroom, with a large shower tray with screen, where you will find bathroom products. There is also a heated towel rail so that the towels are warm and dry in winter. The bedroom is very large and bright, as it has a large window that gives direct access to the garden. You have a large closet and chest of drawers to store your luggage and two 105 cm beds to sleep soundly in this relaxing environment. The outdoor areas are equipped with a multitude of chairs and garden tables, so that you will find at every moment of the day the perfect corner to enjoy your stay. The store that is next to the bedroom is the only closed room. The pool, with salt chlorination system, measures 10 meters long by 3 wide and has a comfortable Roman staircase to enter and exit. The maximum depth is approximately 185cm. In the solarium area you will find chairs and sunbeds and parasols, and of course towels for the pool.
