ERZ 096 - Lower Saxony: The 4-star apartment is approximately 46 square meters and can accommodate 2 people (+ 2 extra beds). It is located in the attic and does not have its own balcony. However, a shared balcony can be used. The apartment is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture (sofa bed) and armchair, flat screen TV, radio with CD player and dining area, an open mini kitchen with electric hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, various Small kitchen appliances, a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. The apartment has central heating. The guest house was last renovated in 2015 and is located in a quiet outskirts on an approx. 3500 square meter and partially fenced property. A restaurant is within walking distance, a bakery and a shop are 1 km away.   The house has a total of 7 apartments of different sizes. They all have separate access. The exact description can be found in the respective accommodation unit. The house also has a common room with a fireplace for celebrations for up to 32 people. Smoking in the apartments is not permitted. For all apartments are available: WiFi (for a fee; 1 EUR / day), high chair (only on request), cot (only on request), bicycle storage facility, lawn on the property, barbecue area, sun loungers, parking lot.   The total price for all accommodation units includes: bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption, final cleaning. To be paid on site: pet (if applicable), tourist tax. Pets: In this object, a socially responsible pet is allowed (12 EUR / stay). Several animals require the owner's consent before booking. The pet must be registered with the booking. If a booking note is not possible, a late registration must be made. Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
