The house has a living room (sofa bed, upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, Radio, fireplace), bedroom with double bed, dining hall, kitchen (stove, refrigerator, div. Kitchen appliances), shower / toilet and bath, oil heating. The property is completely fenced. Available are patio, carport, BBQ. The total price includes water and energy consumption. Bed linen and towels are please bring your own. To be paid on site: Pet fee (if applicable), Final cleaning (30 EUR).   Pets: This property allows pets (3 EUR / E). The deposit must be paid with the booking. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
