Self Catering Cottage - Cottage With Own Garden and Heated Large Pool / hot tub

We are located in a friendly hamlet, the cottage has its own garden and bbq and large swimming pool heated (in season) and hot tub to use anytime, the pool is for your use however it is the garden shared with the owners. We respect your privacy. English free view tv and French tv, dvd player & radio provided, we also have a few books/dvds, internet is near-by the pool. The property is was renovated with tiled floors in kitchen and lounge, and wooded floors upstairs. There are two large bedrooms, one with double bed and the other 2 singles ( with sofa bed in the lounge) a large shower room, travel cot can be provided, and highchair.There a bright lounge with sofa bed for extra person if needed at small extra cost and kitchen with washing machine dishwasher microwave cooker and all you will need to cook, with seating for six people. We provided sheets, pillows and towels at no extra charge. There are sunbeds and sun chairs to use and floats etc in the pool house. We do not allow smoking/vaper in the cottage or pool house. There are lovely walks and the surrounding area is grown with sunflowers and local products as wheat rye and maize in season. 4km from local bakery, shop and cafe/bar. There is a small village close by with local shops and restaurants and market. Visit the many Cognac/Pineau houses, market towns and lakes to swim or boating and many other places of interest. 30 minutes away is a leisure centre. Futurescope in Poitier is approx one hour by car, Monkey park which is great for all the family is about one and half hours by car, horse riding can be booked, golf is about 30 minutes away by car. La Rochelle and beech/zoo about one an half hours drive. feel free to ask for advise. Available also for house hunters or overnight stays if available.
