ERZ 093 - Saxony: The 4-star apartment is about 53 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located in the middle floor of the house and has a balcony. The apartment is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture (sofa bed) and armchairs, flat-screen TV, radio with CD player, a separate mini-kitchen with electric hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, div. Kitchen appliances and dining area as well as a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with toilet, shower and hair dryer. The apartment has central heating. The guest house was last renovated in 2015 and is located in a quiet outskirts on an approximately 3500 square meters large and partially fenced plot. A restaurant is within walking distance, a baker and supermarket are 1 km away.   The house has a total of 7 apartments of varying sizes. They all have a separate entrance. For a detailed description, please refer to the respective residential unit. Furthermore, the house has a common room with a fireplace for celebrations for up to 32 people. Smoking in the apartments is not allowed. For all apartments are available: WLAN (for a fee, 1 EUR / day), highchair (only on request), cot (only on request), Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit, lawn on the property, barbecue area, sun loungers, parking.   Included in the total price for all accommodation units are: bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption, final cleaning. To be paid locally: Pet (if applicable), taxes. Pets: In this object along on the trip of a socially acceptable pet is allowed (12 EUR / stay). Several animals require before booking the consent of the owner. The pet must be registered with the booking. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
