Hayloft at Kergudon Gites

Sleeps 2. Cot can be added. Hayloft was previously one of the outbuildings of the Priory before being converted into a cosy studio gîte sleeping 2 with space for a cot making it ideal for couples or as overflow from one of the larger gites. Hayloft has a granite chimney and log burning stove which keeps the cottage toasty in the colder autumn and winter nights. It is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a dining table and chairs as well as a comfortable seating area for relaxing or watching television. The bathroom contains a bath, WC, vanity unit with twin sinks and over-bath shower. Wifi is available throughout the gite. Outside the gîte is a private patio area and sunny garden with hardwood furniture, parasol and a BBQ. Allocated parking is immediately adjacent to the property. Hayloft is a dog friendly gîte. All of our guests have access to the boot room with a range of wellington boots to borrow for walking, a washing machine (as Hayloft doesn't have its own) and a tumble dryer. Additionally we have mountain bikes available to our guests, a petanque (boule) pitch and games room with pool table, babyfoot, electronic darts and a selection of games and books. The games room can be reserved and used as a cinema for a cosy couples' film night. Smoking is not permitted in any of the gîtes at Kergudon.
