The 4-star apartment is about 55 square meters in size and can accommodate 4 persons (+2 extra beds). It is located in the middle floor of the house and has a balcony. The apartment is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture (sofa bed) and armchairs, flat-screen TV, radio with CD player and dining area, an open mini-kitchen with electric hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, div. Kitchen appliances and a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with double bed (1.40 m wide) and a bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. The apartment has central heating. The guest house was last renovated in 2015 and is located in a quiet location on the edge of a 3500 square meter and partly fenced plot. A restaurant is within walking distance, a bakery and a shopping facility are 1 km away.   The house has a total of 7 apartments of different sizes. They all have separate access. The exact description can be found in the respective housing unit. Furthermore, the house has a common room with a fireplace for celebrations for up to 32 persons. Smoking in the apartments is not allowed. (Only on request), children's bed (only on request), possibility of bicycles, lawn on the property, barbecue, sunbathing area, car park.   Included in the total price for all accommodation units are: bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption, final cleaning. To be paid on site: pet (if applicable), tourist tax. Pets: Pets are allowed in this property (12 EUR / stay). Several animals require the consent of the owner before booking. The pet must be registered with the booking. If a booking note is not possible, an after-registration must be made.
