In In a charming little village in front of a XVth century chapel and a castle

My house was built in 1894 and can accommodate up to 10 persons on 2 levels, the surface is 2700 square feets. The volumes are big with a huge fire place in the main room + another one in the kitchen, 3 bedrooms another one possible, one bathroom first floor + another one downstairs with a modern shower, and a brand new furnace to heat the place if needed; There is also a big backyard where you can enjoy barbecue parties. The village is very quiet but Paris is 35mn away by a direct train (station is 12km away from the house) and if you choose to drive it will take you less than 1 hour to get there. Paris Roissy airport is 40mn away by car. The Normandy is not too far also (France is a small country)
