Spacious 4 bedroom home is at the gateway to the Gawler and the Barossa wine region, but at the same time it is only 31klm from the Adelaide Everything is within a short distance of Munno Para Shopping city with Restaurants and many shops. There are another 2 shopping centres Blakes Crossing & Playford Alive are near for grocery shopping and nearby chemists there is also a railway station and bus stops close to the house. We try to provide quality accommodation at a reasonable price. Although the house is good for a family or 2, it is also perfect for a couple and friends. The house has 2 split system air conditioners to keep you comfortable all year round. Lounge The lounge has a comfy 5 seater lounge with 2 Recliners, coffee tables, lamps a flat-screen colour TV with USB ports and a DVD player There is an assortment of DVD's in the entertainment unit Dining Room The dining has a large dining table that seats 8 to 10 on comfortable chairs The Family room Has a computer Desk and chair a 2 to 4 seater breakfast table and 2 comfy swivel recliners there is also a bookcase that contains a radio CD player there are some books that you are welcome to read and if you haven't finished take it home and children colouring books and pencils, there is a flat-screen TV on a swivel bracket so it can be watched from the kitchen or the family room. There is WiFi located throughout the house the password will be provided on check-in The family room has a glass sliding door that opens onto the garden and the Games room Gamesroom Has a billiard a table tennis an exercise pole and darts and an exercise bike this room is serviced by an evaporative air conditioner and has a second fridge freezer for your drink in the hot summer weeks Bedrooms Main bedroom There is a Queen size bed dressing table and it has a walk-in robe and in the robe, there is a chest of drawers then there is an En-Suite with a walk-in shower with a Monsoon rain shower there are extra blankets stored in the walk-in robe Bedroom 2 Sleeps 4 with a single bed and double bunks that is a double down the bottom and a single up top there is a bedside set of drawers a shelf with hanging rail Bedroom 3 Sleeps 2 with a double bed with bedside drawers there is also a shelf with a hanging rail Bedroom 4 Sleeps 2 in a single bed and a trundle there is also a sofa bed for extra guests a couple of comfy swivel chairs and a CD radio alarm clock this room has a sliding door out onto the patio. The Kitchen This is newly renovated with a 5 burner gas cooktop and a multifunction electric oven there is a large 1200w microwave, dishwasher, pod Coffee machine, and a filter coffee machine large fridge freezer and all your basic cooking need pot pan, bowl crockery cutlery, glass, etc and breakfast provisions are provided Bacon eggs cereal pancake mix milk OJ and fresh hot bread on arrival. There will be chilled wine in the fridge on arrival. Laundry has a 10kg automatic washing machine, a bread machine on the pantry shelf with all ingredient so you can set it so you have warm fresh bread in the morning a double door pantry one door has food and breakfast provisions the other door has washing Liquid and cleaning products & sanitizers and iron, the ironing board is kept in the broom cupboard, and a couple of shopping bags there is a tumble dryer this is situated under the carport along with a clothes airer Fresh Clean linen and towel are found in the linen cupboard There is a main bathroom off the family room this has a bath and both bathrooms have Monsoon Rain Showers Toilets and Vanities Bedroom 2,3,and4 have plantation shutter to keep the rising and setting sun out and darken the rooms for small children.
