We take pride in the comfort we provide our guest and look forward to hosting you. We are located in a private New York City building, in one of the nicest and vibrant areas of New York City (Kew Gardens-Queens). When you walk into the apartment you will enter a long nice wooden floor hallway that leads to a large kitchen that seats 4-5 for dinner. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all the amenities needed to cook and make great meals. I cook so I have prepared the kitchen with everything you will need for when you occupy the apartment. And everything is available for you to use. We have a nice gas oven and stove, microwave, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Everything you need is available for you and your guest during your stay. Then you will lead into the living room which has a 42" Flat Screen TV with Netflix ready channels. A comfortable sofa bed queen (sleeps 2) sleeper and two large super comfortable sofa recliners that fit 5 total for gathering time. You also have a nice ceiling fan for fresh air, Air Conditioner for the summer and the heat in the winter is great. As a write I have also prepared the living room as a quiet writing and study area if you choose to use it as such. There you will find a comfortable recliner work chair, solid oak desk, a massive library full of inspirational books and works of literature. Feel free to make yourself comfortable and use the desk and or read from the library. The bathroom is a full family bathroom with shower and tub options. There are 3 settings for the shower for comfortable showers. The tub is deep for soaking also. Toilet, vanity, mirror all included and we provide soaps and shampoos as well for our guest and clean towels. The bedroom has been recently upgraded. Equipped with a KING size bed (Sleeps 2-3) and a Queen size self-inflating Air Mattress also sleeps 2. The bedroom is private and has its own doorway for maximum privacy. The bedroom has an amazing sunrise and sunset view, with 4 windows that allow you to see this view each morning. This is an experience you will surely enjoy. The area is amazing!! You can walk out the door and to your right you have a great bar and "Tu Casa" Peruvian Restaurant, "Tiki Grill" Indian Restaurant and up the block you have an Italian and American, Sushi and Mexican Restaurants as well. A few blocks away you have a supermarket, bank, cleaners, 24-hour convenience store, liquor and wine store, Pizzeria, Hamburger shop and movie theater. This is a really nice area and plenty to do. The subway is nearby, you can walk to the corner and take the free transfer shuttle up the hill to the E and F subway stop that takes you into Manhattan in 25 mins or so. Or you can walk around the corner and 4 blocks also take the Express L.I.R.R Train that takes you into Penn Station Manhattan in 16 mins. The apartment is on a 3rd floor so you will have to take the stairs to come up, but it's an easy walk up. This is a lovely place and I have taken time to include everything you need to feel warm and homely.
