House / boathouse: The cottage / boathouse can be rented with 4 people plus 1 infant up to 3 years (in travel cot). The ground floor has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room and children's room (bunk bed). On the open floor there is a sleeping area and a bathroom with bathtub. • Guests can use free broadband Internet access via WLAN. This is a voluntary additional service, so not assured in the travel law sense property of the apartment. Rent reduction can therefore not be asserted in case of failure of the system or parts thereof or even a router. • Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) are available 3 times for the apartment complex. Any use is at your own risk. • Parking is available on the property. • A dog is welcome in the apartments of the Remise (Lange Wohnung) and in the holiday home by appointment. The holiday residence Villa Landidyll in 16247 Joachimsthal, Templiner Str. 32 (holiday agency Herrmann) consists of a villa with 5 exclusively furnished apartments and a vaulted cellar for celebrations, which can also be rented separately. Furthermore, there are on the property a boathouse / cottage and a coach house in which 2 more apartments are available. The brick villa was completely restored in 2019 and fitted with stained furniture. The property is within sight of the Grimnitzsee. Joachimstahl is located in the middle of the Schorfheide Chorin Biosphere Reserve. The entire complex stands on a plot of approx. 12,000 m² with lots of green space and a non-fenced pond. You can relax on the spacious grounds, have a barbecue, play or make your own campfire and celebrate their festivals. Since there are many beds and a spacious area with plenty of parking, there are also family reunions. The setting up of party tents is also possible by arrangement.
