You will have access to the entire space suitable for up to 8 people with all your needs covered. Fully functional kitchen, massive lounge room and sun room area. Please be aware that there are two flights of stairs to get up into the apartment as there is no lift. Immerse yourself in this surprisingly large and modern newly renovated 2 bedroom Oasis with the freedom to spread yourself out and feel at home. On entry to the house you'll find the kitchen then two large bedrooms along the hallway that flows through to the Living area and onto the sunroom overlooking King street. Both bedrooms contain two comfortable queen sized beds each. The living area has two sofa beds, 50 inch smart Tv loading with Netflix, bean bags and even a bunk bed hidden in the corner. If you are here with a group of travelers, family holidays, group events, business and everything in between this place is a fantastic all rounder in the heart of Newtown. It has so much to offer on your door step, close proximity to the city, great food, fast internet and those homely touches we all enjoy. Kitchen: Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to put together that fantastic home cooked meal. Fitted out with an electric oven, gas cook top, cooking utensils, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and basic pantry supplies. Living and dining room: This large open living space has the flexibility for any occasion. If you’re in the mood for entertaining and having friends over for dinner, make yourself at home around the dining table. Or if kicking back and relaxing on the couch is more your style you will not be disappointed with our brand new flat screen Tv which is connected to Netflix providing hours of movies and documentary viewing for all ages. Bedrooms: With massive bedrooms and bedding combinations, fitted with hotel quality linen you can sink into, professionally laundered after every stay. There is plenty of space to unpack your belongs into the wardrobes in each room. The wardrobe contains coat hangers, shelving and enough space to store your luggage. Bathrooms: The house has one bathroom, with a full-size shower. The basics such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bath mat and hair dryer are all supplied. You're also supplied with a set of fresh bath towels. Laundry: The washing machine is located in the Bathroom, laundry powder is available for you to use. Sun room: There is plenty of space to sit around the in this serene setting and share a meal with a few drinks or simply sit back and enjoy the open space in the sun. This house is equipped with everything you could need to make your stay in Sydney one of comfort and luxury. Guest access: You will have access to the entire apartment which is directly accessible from and ally way just of Eliza St, Newtown behind the Websters Bar. This House is a non-smoking, so if needed please step outside. This is a relaxed and peaceful neighbourhood so we ask you to respect the environment in such a manner while enjoying your stay. Key collection has been made easy, as I use a lockbox system. This allows you to come and go on your own time. Once you have confirmed the booking I will send you through the details on how to find and operate the lockbox. Please note: Please take note that our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning after each guest along with the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner etc. The sheets and towels that we use are high quality hotel standard linens which is guaranteed to be clean, fresh and pressed. If you have any problems with the cleanliness of the house when you arrive please let us know AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE so that we can send the cleaners back to complete the job.
