In the summer you can enjoy the midnight sun on the terrace, and in winter you can, if you are lucky, see the beautiful northern lights dance over the sky. The area offers great hiking opportunities all year round, as well as hunting and berry picking in the fall. You will also find nice fishing opportunities in Fjellfroskvannet, summer and winter. Here you can really enjoy the silence and beautiful scenery. If you explore the area closer you will find several small sandy beaches around the water. In winter it is a short distance to Målselv Fjellandsby where you can find alpine slopes and cross-country ski trails. If the weather is bad it is about an hour’s drive to an indoor water park.
