## Space We propose this atypical property for rent. It is an old renovated house that will offer you all the comfort (including free Wifi). You will enter a large living room decorated with a period style, class and sobriety. You will find tables, chairs, sofas, a flat screen TV and the staircase leading to the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, American fridge, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster). You will not lack anything to cook good meals. On the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms with double beds and storage furniture and a beautiful bathroom with an Italian shower. Outside, a space shared with the neighboring rental consists of a beautiful terrace and a SPA, usable all year round! Very pleasant even in cold weather! Arrive with peace of mind in our accommodation. We take care of the cleaning of the house before and after your arrival, especially with the new sanitary norms. We also provide sheets, towels and bathrobes! Also available in the house: ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, broom and bucket with mop, and a dryer. ## Access Shared accesses with the loft located on the same property: interior courtyard, spa and private parking. Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will provide you with the necessary information and organize your arrival. ## Neighborhood The accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from the center of Amboise with its tourist attractions (the Royal Castle, the Clos Lucé, Château Gaillard.) and its many shops. During your stay, you will be able to go to the market every Friday and Sunday morning (the most important one in the region), stroll on the Castle square, in the pedestrian streets, appreciate the charm of a walk on the banks of the Loire (listed as a Unesco World Heritage site), go to the swimming pool (open in July and August). The city has many restaurants and bars, as well as clothing and craft stores, a delicatessen, good bakeries, a Carrefour City, a bookstore, pharmacies. The cities of Tours and Blois are 30 minutes away by car, and the famous Beauval Zoo is 45 minutes away. You can also visit other Loire castles nearby (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont.), fly over the region in a hot air balloon, go down the Loire in a canoe or follow its banks by bike! ## Transit Ideally located at 10mn from the city center and 5 min from the Amboise train station (45 min walk), 25 km from TOURS airport and 8 km from the A10. ## Notes - Arrival time between 4pm and 8pm - Departure time before 10am Please note that late arrivals (after 8pm) are charged extra: 30€ from 8pm to 9pm, 40€ from 9pm to 10pm, 50€ from 10pm to 11pm, 60€ from 11pm to midnight.
