You can play golf or hire a free bike and ride all the way into the city and back for a lovely relaxing adventure. For the kids, a 7 minute walk will get you to 2 different playgrounds (Linear Park Windsor Grove playground & TK Shutter reserve). OUTSIDE AREAS: This unit is part of a complex, so all outside areas are communal. Please be respectful of other residents’ right to peaceful enjoyment of their homes, just as we would expect them to do for you. There’s a gardener that visits approximately once a month to mow the lawns. There’s no fencing around the unit, apart from a side gate. With children, they are best supervised outside on the rear lawn (you can see them out the kitchen window) or take them down to the playground/oval which is an easy 7 minute stroll down the street. There’s much more open space there for some great free outdoor fun. BINS: As this is a home and not a hotel, please help out like previous guests have before you and kindly put the bins out for council collection if bin day falls during your booked dates. It’s not too bad as you are about 14kms from the airport so they are still high up in the sky as they flyover. You can carry a conversation no problems and if you have the tv on and the doors closed when inside you might not even notice. Just something to keep in mind. The kids will love spotting the planes.
