This large and magnificent luxury swimming pool house, built in 2020, is located near the popular resort town of Søndervig, and at the same time very close to the breathtaking North Sea and the long white sandy beaches. The house offers plenty of activities which make the perfect settings for several families who want to spend time and have fun together. The house has everything you need for a pleasant holiday with its wellness area as well as a swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna. There are two sleeping areas each with their own bathrooms and three and four bedrooms respectively. In addition there is a loft and an extra bathroom. No shortage on luxury here. In the large activity room you can play billiards / table tennis, darts, table football, PS3 and Wii. In the bar there is plenty of opportunity to mix exciting drinks, serve cold beers or find a soda in the bar's fridge. The kitchen is very well equipped with two stoves and two dishwashers as well as two refrigerators / freezers, so there is easily room for many chefs and chatty helpers when the meals are made. The Danish summer can be enjoyed on the partially covered terrace, while the children swing and play in the sandbox. It is not far to the fishing town Hvide Sande, where you can buy fresh fish. If you love surfing, Hvide Sande is also highly recommended, as there are many opportunities for various water sports activities.
