Level 1: New modern shower room 4 bedrooms, double and twin and in 1 twin room there is one single bed + 1 double bed, if necessary, can be added a 3 bed at least in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. There is a 32" led tv in each bedroom. On this level, there is a big utility room too.
