Hytta ligger midt i skogen langt fra nærmeste nabo. Ideell for familier med barn og naturelskere som leter etter fred og ro. På stedet er det en vedfyrt badstue. Hytta er gammel og mangler strøm. Huset har peisovn og også gasskomfyrer, gassdrevet kjøleskap og rennende vann. WC tilgjengelig. Tilgang til egen brygge og båt. Innsjøen ligger omtrent 900 m fra huset og har en privat sti gjennom skogen. Fiskekort kan kjøpes på stedet om ønskelig. Ovenpå er et soverom med 4 senger og et dobbeltrom.
