Situated on a quiet, leafy street in Woodcroft with a rural outlook to the rear overlooking Thaxted Park Golf course. 3 minutes away from the Woodcroft shopping centre that provides good shopping, post office, major bus terminus, library and bar/restaurant. The property was built in 2002 and can sleep up to 6 people. Prices based on 4 guests. Great value from $125 per night, far cheaper than a hotel for 4 guests!!!! Deceptive from the outside- a lot bigger inside than you think! A short drive to the lovely southern beaches! Approximately 40 minutes drive to Adelaide CBD Watch the local parrots in the Gum trees while sipping a local wine. You may even be lucky enough to spot Koalas in the trees to the rear of the house! Ideal for Golfing holidays as the house backs directly onto Thaxted Park Golf Club. "The Vines" Golf club is only minutes away!! This is a lovely house that has been enjoyed by many families. We have had many migrating families stay with us for their first month or so in Australia. As we moved here from the UK ourselves we can give some support and advice to those moving to this wonderful country! Master bedroom Ensuite toilet/ shower, walk in robe, queen bed and side tables. Bedroom 2 Single beds (can be 1 or 2), built in robes, side table. Bedroom 3 Single beds (can be 1 or 2), built in robes, side table. House bathroom - With shower and bath. Laundry room Washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. Private drive with a double garage. Rear garden, Is securely fenced has a patio with outdoor furniture, clothes dryer, lawn and views overlooking the golf course. All bed linen and towels changed weekly. All services included such as electricity and water. But we do ask for fair use. Heavy usage will be deducted from bond. Filtered drinking water. Hairdryer. A telephone and internet connection is provided. Fair use is asked, heavy usage will be deducted from bond. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar on arrival. Travel cot and high chair available upon request. Please be aware that we do ask for a $350 Bond - returned if no damage / incident. No pets, no smoking. No groups of tradesmen. Check in: 2.00pm unless prior arranged. You may drop your luggage earlier by prior arrangement. Late night arrivals can be accommodated. At all times we will try our best to work with you. Check out: 10.00am or before. Please be aware that this is not a party house, the neighbors do know the amount of guests booked Please note: the "extra" charge on the price is for the exit clean and linen.
